Can anyone help us identify a mystery trophy?

Julian Malec, son of HL Malec who rowed for Thames in the early 1930s has sent us the attached picture.  It is likely that the trophy may have been for a junior or junior/senior event at a Thames regatta.  Any ideas, please contact James Elder on secretary@thamesrc.co.uk
