We are currently seeking a voluntary coach to join the coaching team of the senior women's squad for the 2011-12 season.  Thames is a large club with over 200 active members, from beginners upwards.  Throughout the club there is a common focus on racing to the highest standards possible and last year's senior squad enjoyed numerous successes throughout the season including wins at Ghent, Met & Reading Regattas as well as qualifying for the Remenham Challenge Cup at HRR.   
 
By coaching at Thames you will be joining a club that has one of the best fleets in the country with high quality racing boats of all types and for all weights.  Off the water, our training facilities include an ergo room, heavy weights room, circuits gymnasium, physio/treatment room and a recently-completed indoor rowing tank.  We are currently undergoing a substantial development project on the clubhouse which is due for completion in the autumn.   
  
The new season is kicking off with an open day on Sunday 18th September at 12pm followed by a club BBQ - come for a look around and chat to the other coaches!
