Wins at the Met 2025

After a week of training camp in Spain, the Thames RC senior squads returned to a successful weekend of racing at the Metropolitan Regatta.

The women’s squad dominated, winning championship and club eights on both Saturday and Sunday, and adding a win in club coxless fours on Sunday. The women’s championship coxless four also had a solid weekend, coming third on Saturday and improving to second on Sunday.

The men’s squad also raced well, securing second place in championship coxless fours both days, and also clinching third place in that event on Saturday. The men’s championship coxed four were third on Saturday.

With lots to build on, the next regattas on the agenda are Henley Women’s and Marlow in mid-June.
